Return Policy
If the Customer Changes His/Her Mind:
- Must notify within 3 days.
- Do not break the seal of your received product & preserve delivery packaging and invoice.
- Any exception will result in no return.
In Case of Misplaced Order:
- Check the product and match it with the invoice.
- Notify us as soon as possible.
- Do not break the seal & preserve packaging and invoice.

In Case of Manufacturing Defect:
- Must inform us immediately after learning about the defect.
- Any delay beyond 7 days will result in no return or replacement.
Note:
- Product quality depends on the manufacturer. You cannot return a product due to dissatisfaction with quality.
- Alflip.com will bear delivery charges for a 7-day replacement/default warranty.
- Customer must bear delivery charges for a general warranty claim.
Refund Policy
Refunds:
- Refunds are available only if requested within 3 calendar days of purchase.
- The product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered).
- Otherwise, no refund will be granted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be initiated via Bank Card, Mobile Finance Service, or In-store Credits. You will receive your refund within 7–10 working days (depending on your card issuer’s policies).
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty Policy
Warranty Provided by Brands:
- Notify us within the warranty period for any issues.
- Warranty claims require at least 2 weeks of inspection before approval.
Warranty Provided by Alflip.com:
- Applicable only in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Must notify within 7 days.
- Any delay will not be acceptable.

যদি গ্রাহক মত পরিবর্তন করেন:
- পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
- প্রাপ্ত পণ্যের সিল ভাঙা যাবে না এবং ডেলিভারি প্যাকেজিং ও ইনভয়েস সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।
- এই শর্ত না মানলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
যদি ভুল পণ্য প্রেরণ করা হয়:
- পণ্যটি ইনভয়েসের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে দেখুন।
- যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের জানাবেন।
- সিল খোলা যাবে না এবং প্যাকেজিং ও ইনভয়েস সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।
- না মানলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
যদি উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটি থাকে:
- ত্রুটি বুঝতে পারার সাথে সাথে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
- ৭ দিনের বেশি দেরি হলে কোনো রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
নোট:
- পণ্যের মান প্রস্তুতকারকের উপর নির্ভরশীল। পণ্যের মান পছন্দ না হলে সেটি রিটার্ন করা যাবে না।
- ৭ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা ডিফল্ট ওয়ারেন্টির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ Alflip.com বহন করবে।
- সাধারণ ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইমে ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
রিফান্ড পলিসি
রিফান্ডের শর্তাবলী:
- ক্রয়ের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করতে হবে।
- পণ্যটি সিল/র্যাপ/অক্ষত অবস্থায় (যেভাবে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়েছিল) থাকতে হবে।
- এই শর্ত না মানলে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।
আমরা আপনার ফেরত পাঠানো পণ্যটি পাওয়ার পর পরিদর্শন করব এবং ফলাফল জানাব। অনুমোদিত হলে, রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ব্যাংক কার্ড, মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্স সার্ভিস বা ইন-স্টোর ক্রেডিটের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হবে। সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হয় (আপনার ব্যাংকের নীতির উপর নির্ভরশীল)।
শিপিং:
- রিটার্নের সময় শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
- শিপিং খরচ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- রিফান্ড পেলে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ রিফান্ড থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি
ব্র্যান্ড প্রদত্ত ওয়ারেন্টি:
- ওয়ারেন্টি সময়সীমার মধ্যে সমস্যা জানাতে হবে।
- ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইমের জন্য অন্তত ২ সপ্তাহ সময় লাগতে পারে পরিদর্শনের জন্য।
Alflip.com প্রদত্ত ওয়ারেন্টি:
- শুধুমাত্র উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
- ৭ দিনের মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।
- বিলম্ব হলে ওয়ারেন্টি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
