The CUDY GS2008PS2 8-Port Gigabit PoE+ L2 Managed Switch is a compact yet powerful networking solution designed for small to medium businesses, surveillance systems, and enterprise edge deployments. Developed by CUDY, it combines PoE power delivery with advanced Layer 2 management features for efficient and secure networking in Bangladesh.
Equipped with 8 Gigabit PoE+ ports, the switch delivers both power and data over Ethernet cables, supporting devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones. The 120W PoE power budget ensures stable power distribution across connected devices.
It includes 2× 1.25Gbps SFP slots for high-speed fiber uplinks, enabling flexible network expansion and improved backbone connectivity.
As a Layer 2 managed switch, it supports essential enterprise features such as VLAN (IEEE 802.1Q), QoS (802.1p/DSCP), and IGMP snooping for optimized traffic control. Security is enhanced with ACL rules, 802.1X authentication, and TACACS+ support.
