HUAWEI Band7 meets the ISO 22810:2010 standard for 5 ATM-rated 50-meter water resistance and can be worn for shallow water activities such as swimming in pools or shallow coastal water. It should not be worn in hot showers, hot springs, saunas (steam rooms), or while scuba diving, deep diving, platform diving, high-pressure rinsing, or engaging in activities involving high water pressure, high temperatures, high humidity levels, or fast water flow. Leather and metal straps should not be worn while swimming or sweating.
